Research On The Planning Of Regional Logistics Joints System

As an economic environment of great importance, logistics stands as the accelerating machine to regional economy's development, and thus plays an important role in regional competitions. Logistics industry in our country started much later than such developed countries as America, Japan, Britain, and so on. Therefore, our country's logistics industry is still in early experiencing and need to draw lessons from other countries, when it comes to managing on logistics industry and the forming and location of logistics infrastructures. Since our country has entered into the WTO, our country's economy is inevitably to face with challenges that come from globalization. So how to plan regional logistics reasonably and face up to challenges of world economy is an important subject. The planning of regional logistics joints is one of the primary things of it. However, location and scale of regional logistics joints directly affect amount and effects of the investment invested in the regional logistics joints. Given the importance of the planning of regional logistics joints systems and the shortage of theories on it in our country at present, this paper is aimed to study on it, both on its theory and cases. Maybe it will do some good to planning of regional logistics in our country.This paper expounds the concept, formation and basic characters of logistics, analyses its great effects on regional economy, divides logistics into different groups and introduces the construction of our country's logistics industry. It also elaborates the connotation, characters and effecters of regional logistics, analyses the inevitable trend of modern logistics changing from enterprise logistics into regional logistics and on the base of it, expounds the connotation of regional logistics joints system. Then the paper expounds the concepts of regional logistics net and regional logistics joints, figures out the grades of regional logistics joints and thus forms a regional logistics joints system. On the base of it, the author sets down her positions on the principles of how to plan regional logistics joints system. Such mathematical models as AHP are used to choose the locations and sequential development of regional logistics joints. It expounds the tasks, contents and characters of the planning of logistics joints in cities. It also differentiates and analyses the relations between city planning and logistics planning in cities. It especially elaborates the location of distribution parks in cities, which are of great importance among regional logistics joints. Finally, the planning of regional logistics joints system in northeastern economic area of China is used as a case study to analyses planning of regional logistics joints systems.
