Performance appraisal the transfer of the direct concern staff's enthusiasm of the result, So become the important and basic link of development management of human resources. Enterprise marketing systematic administrative staff bear marketing of enterprise plan , organize , guide and control the function mainly, Transfer of this kind of personnel's enthusiasm, creative full play degree, have very important function to the marketing system and realization of goal of transfer enterprise of personnel's enthusiasm of other classifications. Influenced by various kinds of subjective factors and objective degree of difficulty, Administrative staff performance index system set up, method choose, weight confirm store the questions in many aspects in, result in checking and rate the result and lacking objective fairness finally. Study the systematic administrative staffs performance of marketing and check and rate one of the important subjects for research that becomes systematic administrative staffs development management of enterprise's marketing. For this reason, this text tries hard to check and rate the system and carry on systematic research to the systematic administrative staff's performance of cei marketing, In order to strengthen its manpower resources development managerial ability, promote the steady development of cei.This report has checked and rate the relevant theory and practice trends and carried on research and survey to the performance; Check and rate thecurrent situation to analyse to the systematic administrative staff of cei marketing, Have is it store in to find out and checked and rate the purpose ambiguously, with single index, the effectiveness is low, check and rate the first-class question of the subject form , To the existing problem , stated the theory as guidance in the past, analysed the domestic and foreign environment to the request that is checked and rate .
