Virtual enterprises a new kind of organization brought by the development of information technology, which enables us to seize the constantly changing market opportunities. However, the new kind of management organization is far complicated than what we imagine it to be, if the flexibility is the core, since the overall flexibility, general control, stability in partnership, short life circle, and core competence are all what virtual enterprise should possess.As a new kind of management organization, virtual enterprise can break out of the traditional value chain structure and thus realize the reorganization and optimization of products, agents, technologies, material flow and other resources, resulting in the exploration of new competing field and the avoidance of resources. What's more, the new form also fills the reorganization of home enterprises with vitality and offers helpful experience for state assets stock and industrial structure adjustment at the same time. Our understanding of organization form can also be enhanced, especially in the market economy.Through analyses of the structure mechanism of enterprises, the thesis helps to better understand the virtual enterprises theory and grasp the general law of practice. Thus, the well perception of the interests, risks belied in the construction of virtual enterprises. So the necessary measures taken to enhance the sound development of them, to meet the needs of international competition after our entry into WTO, to promote core competence and to lay the micro basis for the sound operation.
