This dissertation focuses on how EK(China) Co., a multinational company in China, applies MBO-oriented performance management system, and analysis, studies related to this topic.EK (China) Co. follows and utilizes the management mode of its parent company. Its performance management system is composed of several subsystems, which integrates performance assessment with MBO, integrates performance assessment with performance development, integrates performance development with MBO, and integrates employee individual goal with organizational vision as well. As a result, this system becomes a dynamic performance management system and forms a new working standard system, which could help furthest achieve organizational objectives. Meanwhile this system meets characteristics and requirements of performance management of a multinational company.To some degree, this MBO-oriented performance management system of EK(China) Co. is representative in multinational companies in China. Demonstration study and research on it could help deeply analyze its system components and working principles, find out both its advantages and problems, provide reference to domestic multinational or non-multinational companies.
