Study Of Construction Engineering Insurance On The Basis Of The Science Of Science

With the standardization and the internalization of the construction market in China, there is growing awareness of the importance of various construction engineering insurance. During more than years of the study about construction engineering insurance, a new interdisciplinary science system, the scientific system of insurance concerning the construction engineering, has been roughly structured.Up to now, however, there is neither a systematic study as to this academic system, nor the study of the interactive relationship between the system and the society. For the further development of the scientific system, with the relevant theories of the science of science as the starting point, this thesis presents a profound analysis.Firstly, this thesis analyses the interdisciplinary-scientific attributes of the construction engineering insurance system with the discussion from various points of view, such as the interdisciplinary-scientific background, the structure of the elements, the interdisciplinary ways, the academic and social function of this subject, and the interdisciplinary tendency, and so on.Secondly, with the analysis and the statistics of the academic study of the construction engineering for more than a decade in China, and the origin and development of international construction engineering insurance, this thesis presents a further study on the problems in Chinese construction engineering insurance, especially on the technical term of "engineering insurance" which has undergone changes in periods of the development of Chinese construction engineering insurance. This thesis points out some wrong understanding about "Engineering Insurance". From the angle of the development of Chinese machinery insurance, regarding the present situation of the international engineering insurance, this thesis argues the origin, the evolution and the perniciousness of the wrong understanding of the term.Thirdly, regarding the connotation of the engineering insurance, this thesis builds a study system of construction engineering insurance. With the academic system of construction engineering defined and its study scope set, the basic work of buildingthe whole system therefore completed. The elementary construction of the system is conducted from various points of views, such as the development of the item, the analysis of the insurance series and risks, contract articles, the collation and stipulation of the insurance rate, the market characteristics, the research of relevant rules and regulations, the comparison of cases home and abroad, the supervision of insurance, the statutes study, the personnel training and so on.Finally, this thesis concludes the result of the study, points out some problem and presents suggestion.
