Talent training is the center work of military academy.However,there are still many problems in terms of comprehensive quality evaluation and talent cultivation management,such as the concept of quality of talent cultivation is not clear enough,the indicators of assessment are not practical enough,the method of assessment is not scientific enough,and the mechanism of assessment if not perfect.Those problems restricting the military academy cultivate talents,discover talents,and evaluate talents very much.This paper is based on the basic theories of the quality assessment of the talent cultivation in universities in China and abroad,especially the military academy,by study the current situation and demand of cadet's talent cultivation in military academy of category of science and engineering,take the cadet's talent cultivation of category of science and engineering in national university of defense technology as an perspective of the research,put forward a indicator system and method for quality assessment of talent cultivation that scientific and reasonable,and discusses how to improve the quality assessment theoretically,it provides theoretically and practical reference for quality assessment of cadet's talent cultivation in military academy.The main research work and achievements of this paper include the following aspects:First,defined the concept of quality tracking assessment of cadet's talent cultivation in military academy,and discusses the commonness and distinction between the assessment of the higher education and the quality assessment of talent cultivation in local colleges and universities.Second,put forward a indicator system and method for quality tracking assessment of cadet's talent cultivation in military academy of category of science and engineering that scientific and reasonable.The indicator system covers all aspects of talent cultivation,by using the theory of assessment that scientific to determine the index weight,and do quantitative calculation for index of quality assessment of cadet's talent cultivation,it has basically achieved the dynamically,correctly and objective tracking assessment for talent cultivation.Third,take the cadets of category of science and engineering,whose in an college that in the class 2012 as an example,to carry out the study on the quality tracking assessment of cadet's talent cultivation of the typical individual,the characteristics of quality of talent cultivation are analyzed,the effectiveness of assessment model and assessment method is verified,so there are some conclusions.Fourth,discusses the countermeasures and suggestions of improving the quality of talent cultivation.
