Operations Pattern Of Industry Informatization: From The View Of Industry Structure

IT reform is bringing a deep and complex effect to the whole world including china. Following the transfering of technology and economic structure, IT promoted to increase the economic volumes and pushes the society transfering from the industrial society to the information and knowledge society. The core research of this paper is the patterns of informatizaztion in traditional industry. This paper deems that the differentiations of different industry structure will lead to differnt results when using IT in industry, even the dominant powers and driving powers will have large differentiations. At the first part, this paper gives a summary of informatization research and puts forward the research method and logic structure of this paper.At the second part,this paper analyzes the effect of industry structure. From chinese industry character, this paper discusses the interactive relationship of informatization and industry structure. At the third part, this paper analyzes the character of information indsutry and supporting factors. From data analysis between the three industries and information technology industry, this paper put forward a new concept - the information driving coefficient - to illustrate structure results, and the coefficient is valid to the child industry. At the fourth part, this paper analyzed the driving force and the blocking force. Linking with the informatization driving coefficient, this paper gives a summary of three basic patters, which are key-enterprises dominant pattern,government dominant pattern and industry driving pattern. The key-enterprise dominant pattern is the scattered pattern with low driving coefficient. The government dominant pattern is the chained structure with middle driving coefficient. The industry driving pattern is network pattern with high driving coefficient. At the fifth part, this paper selects three cases to analysis the three patterns, they are costume industry,auto industry and power industry. At the sixth part, this paper forms a framework of index systems of the industry informatization to help identify detail pattern.At the end, this paper reviews and summarizes the whole paper.
