Under the situation of capital in the world preferring value-oriented investing to speculating, china starting industry structure adjustment and china's internationalization process being accelerated, companies from different industries are practicing strategy transformation with huge passion. Strategy transformation will lead to the reform of HR management not only because only capable persons can find out the opportunities and threats hidden in the changing environment and design better strategy for company but because new strategy means new requirements for workers and managers. How to reform? We are happy to see that, in the past one-century period, HR management theory has developed from the original and simple HR management to the complicated strategic HR management influencing the whole company, which provides a solid basis for HR management in company in strategy transformation.We need to consider factors like new business strategy, current HR system and strategy implementation in reforming the HR management in strategy transformation. To be specific, we need to make clear what does the new strategy require for the HR management, whether the HR management system fits for the strategy transformation and how to realize the HR management reform. Besides, the reform will not succeed before several consistent steps like thawing, reforming and freezing.Strategy transformation is inevitable for AYM, which is suffering from problems like simple product structure, intensive competition in product market and outdated management style. New company strategy will put much emphasis on R&D, promotion channels construction and professional management, which place strict requirements for HR management system and capabilities of management team, researchers and sellers. Based on the investigation of the HR condition in AYM, a new HR system is designed to guarantee the realization of the strategy transformation and provide good conditions for its sustainable development in the future.
