The Public Support Policies For The Development Of Medium And Small Enterprises In China

As an essential part of the national economy in China, medium and small enterprises are playing an important role in promoting the economical increase and maintaining the social stability. In order to promote the healthy development of medium and small enterprises, the thesis tries to analyze the problems appearing in their development and to offer some solutions from public support policies. There are four parts in the thesis:Part â… : This part gives the definition of medium and small enterprises and the dividing standards for them, which help us to make clear the targets of the public support polices. Furthermore, this part defines the public support polices for medium and small enterprises and discusses the importance of those policies for the development of medium and small enterprises.Part â…¡: Through the discussion of the historical developments and political environments of medium and small enterprises policies, this part analyzes the success and loss of public policies for the medium and small enterprises in China period by period from 1949.Meanwhile, this part appraises the political environment to make clear the shortcomings of the present policies and offers some solutions that adapt for the development of medium and small enterprises.Part â…¢: The present policies for medium and small enterprises need improving. The problems such as incomplete national treatment, policy prejudice, financing troubles, heavy burden, etc. still exist. Thus it is important to found and improve thelegal system and the social service system for medium and small enterprises.Part â…£: Through the analysis of improving legal system, founding government institution that directly manages medium and small enterprises, support from banking, taxation and technology, and the developing policies abroad, this part puts forward the idea to found a public support policy system for medium and small enterprises in our country.
