With the development of market economy in China, the existent circumstance of corporation has changed greatly, especially the change of competence circumstances and customer demands. The corporation has to transform the operation model and management model in order to adapt to the quick changes of outside circumstance, to exist and develop in intense competence.So a kind of new theory-Business Process Reengineering(BPR) existed in 1990's.The thesis analyses the status quo of YanKuang corporation communication center, establishes new structure and new business process-reengineering the Management Information System(MIS), organization structure, inner market institution. In the last part, the thesis formulates a scientific evaluation index system according to the result of the above analysis, and evaluates the effects applying the fuzzy-overall assessment.
