Our country is a developing country. With tens of years of reforming and opening up to the outside world, our country economy have really gotten strengthen greatly, at the same time, we should also see that the survival ecological environments of people have also suffered serious damage, which will inevitably affect the process of sustainable development of our country. For that, going to ecological construction road, that is, protecting our ecological environment, and guaranteeing the coordinative development of society and economy, has become the current only correct option of our country. This is also a road with Chinese characteristic sustainable development. Study on evaluation of regional eco-economic sustainable development is at the starting stage, which hasn't formed systematic theory and method yet, and can't meet the practice requirement of sustainable development. Practice of sustainable development, must implement to the concrete area. According to conditions of Anhui Province, it accords with the sustainable development strategy of Anhui to strengthen the ecological environmental protection and construction, develop eco-economy. This paper analyses to the sustainable development state for eco-economy in Anhui, and has established a set of systems of evaluation indexes. There is a different thinking in establishing the systems of index to the past. It gathers basic and comprehensive index according to ecological, economical, social section, and Utilizes main composition and independence analyses to select and confirm indexes. Have the following characteristics while using AHP method: 1. " development degree " is a total goal to regard weighing the eco-economic development integration capability in the area and the level, which size is regarded as always appraisal of sustainable development degree. At the same time, it is a total goal of trends to develop degree that changes with every year, can describe dynamically eco-economic development constant state; 2. Regard development level, develop efficiency, development potentiality, develop opening, development adjust and control degree, development coordinate degree as " function group " for goals, and they have reflected the development function of every index in an all-round way; 3. For example, it adopts frequentness statistic way, theory analytic approach, expert consult approach, relevant analysis approach, main composition analytic approach to confirm the index, adopts AHP method that combines with Delphi method, and factor analytic approach to appraise, and adopts cluster's analytic approach to grade.
