In our country,the civil servant team system is a triangular hierarchical distribution,and its members are distributed in the central,provincial,municipal,county and township level party and government organs in turn.The grass-roots township government is the most basic part of the hierarchical structure of our government.The grass-roots township civil servants are the core members of the grass-roots Township government.Under the background of realizing the grand goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way,the grass-roots township governments play a core and fundamental role in promoting"beautiful rural construction",Realizing Rural Revitalization and development,and building"three rural"issues.The grass-roots township civil servants have a long way to go.Grass-roots civil manservant satisfaction is a direct subjective reflection and emotional expression of grass-roots civil servants' work tasks and work situations.The level of grass-roots civil manservant satisfaction will directly affect the government's administrative efficiency and quality,the implementation of national policies,and the construction of the government's credibility and the establishment of an authoritative image.How to improve the job satisfaction of grass-roots township civil servants has become a key problem to be solved by grass-roots government and relevant organizations.The paper focuses on job satisfaction as the core clue to carry out investigation and research,and chooses the grass-roots staff of four grass-roots township governments in H County as the research object,and carries out an empirical study on their job satisfaction status.Through field visits,individual conversations and other forms,collect relevant research data.At the same time,based on the theory of fairness,the hypothesis of"economic man" and the theory of two factors,drawing on the measurement scale of international academic research work satisfaction standard and combining with the actual data of H County township civil servant survey,this paper summarizes the relevant influencing factors indicators of H County township civil servant Job satisfaction,and on this basis,designs the questionnaire and the research of this paper.Framework,put forward research hypothesis.By using the statistical software SPSS 19.0,this paper makes a correlation description analysis,variance analysis and linear regression analysis on the influencing dimensions of job satisfaction of grass-roots township civil servants in H county.Finally,the hypothetical conclusions are verified and the research countermeasures are put forward.This study divides the factors affecting the job satisfaction of township civil servants in H County into five dimensions:job compensation,promotion space,job itself,management system and interpersonal relationship.Data analysis shows that grass-roots township civil servants in H county are generally satisfied with their work status.Longitudinally,this paper discusses the satisfaction of township civil servants in H County in these five dimensions,and concludes that the satisfaction of township civil servants in H county is the lowest.Secondly,the promotion space,work itself,management system and interpersonal relationship are analyzed.Then,the influence degree of these five dimensions on the overall job satisfaction of H township civil servants is analyzed horizontally,such as the greatest impact on job remuneration and the lowest impact on interpersonal relationship.Finally,this paper analyses the reasons that affect the job satisfaction of grass-roots civil servants,and explores how to effectively improve the job satisfaction of grass-roots civil servants in China from six aspects:improving the income distribution system of civil servants,establishing a scientific leadership management system,and creating a good social fashion,so as to improve the working status of grass-roots civil servants and improve their working efficiency and work.To improve the quality and serve the people better,so as to promote the harmonious development relations among the Party,the government and the broad masses of the people.
