China has a vast territory,a large number of townships,a large area,covering 577 million of the population(2017 census data for the sixth time).The large base of township civil servants and the enthusiasm and satisfaction of township civil servants are directly related to the success or failure of the implementation of central policy.It is of great significance to study the job satisfaction of township civil servants and the influencing factors affecting job satisfaction,and to improve the job satisfaction of township civil servants,so as to increase the efficiency of the administrative functions of the grassroots government and enhance the well-being of the people.The central government is actively promoting rural revitalization and poverty eradication,and the job satisfaction and working ability of the vast number of grassroots civil servants are also related to the process of this work.At present,the people's public opinion evaluation of the grassroots civil servants is different,some people think that the basic civil servants work level is OK,more think that the basic civil servants work level and service ability need to be improved.Grass-roots civil servants have a heavy workload of self-evaluation,overload of work pressure,lower salary levels than other similar groups of people,negative emotions are also large.It is urgent to strengthen the job satisfaction of the grassroots civil servants and to improve the job satisfaction of the basic civil servants.In this paper,six township governments in Feidong County were selected as the research object,and the status quo of job satisfaction of civil servants in these six township governments was investigated by questionnaire,and 115 questionnaires were actually recovered.The questionnaire contains six dimensions of 34 indicators,each indicator according to very satisfactory 5 points,satisfaction 4 points,general 3 points,not satisfied with 2 points,very dissatisfied with 1 points to score,six dimensions according to the scores from high to low for the work of their own status,leadership management level,multiple interpersonal relationships,work environment atmosphere,personal value realization and work return situation.The average score of the specific sub-indicators of each dimension is also different,and the index with the lower score of each dimension is the factor which has a great influence on the job satisfaction of the Feidong County Township civil servants.In the last part of this paper,according to the factors that affect the job satisfaction of Feidong County Township civil servants,some suggestions are put forward in order to eliminate these drawbacks which affect the job satisfaction of Feidong County Township civil servants.At the same time,the reliability and validity of 115 collected evaluation questionnaires were tested to ensure that the data sources were reliable and effective.This paper takes the combination of demonstration and theory,qualitative and quantitative method to complete.In the early stage of thesis writing,the author reviewed the relevant literature on job satisfaction of civil servants at home and abroad,gradually understood the research situation and development trend of civil servants'job satisfaction at home and abroad,and mastered the main influencing factors affecting township civil servants.In the process of making the questionnaire,these influencing factors are combined with the influence factors of frequent feedback and more opinions of township civil servants,so that the factors affecting the job satisfaction of township civil servants are as comprehensive and concrete as possible.At the same time,the individual factors that do not have commonness are eliminated,so that the evaluation elements are comprehensive and representative as far as possible.At the same time,on the basis of draw:ing lessons from the experience of the framework and model design of authoritative questionnaires at home and abroad,as far as possible to make up for possible defects,after three changes to formally issue the questionnaire,to ensure that the respondents can objectively and fairly reflect the real job satisfaction feeling.After the statistical analysis of the evaluation data,the symptoms affecting the job satisfaction of the township civil servants are gradually clear,and I also communicate with some of the township civil servants involved in the assessment,the main leaders of the township organs and the thesis tutors to discuss some of the problems reflected in the questionnaire completed by the township civil servants,so that they can talk about the reasons and measures.The reasons that seek to be put forward are pointed out,and the measures put forward can solve the problem in a targeted manner rather than on paper,and provide effective reference for the public Human resources department.
