Studies On Community Service Demand And Supply Of Shanghai Migrant Workers

In the process of urbanization, more and more migrant workers flow to the city. Shanghai with more job opportunities and better working conditions, has become one of the main absorbing migrant workers cities. Accompany to the change of Shanghai migrant workers in the migration quantity and migration patterns, many special communities gradually formed in urban-rural fringe areas. Shanghai migrant workers aggregation communities in the construction and development process encountered many bottleneck problems. The community service for these migrant workers is one of the problems. Research on this kind of community service demand and service supply condition, has certain practical significance.The article takes T village in Shanghai which is typical migrant workers aggregation community as an example, analyses the community service demand for Shanghai Migrant Workers in this kind of aggregation community. According to the service provided for different, analyses the service supply of the migrant workers, included the present situation, the existence questions and the reasons. From the perspective of the theory of welfare pluralism and in reference to domestic and international service for the migrant workers, proposed the suggestions to meet the demand of migrant workers. In order to improve the level and quality of community service, we can build a comprehensive service system for Shanghai migrant workers. The service system will improve the quality of life and enhance recognition of the residents a sense of identity and belonging.
