As philanthropy is the traditional virtue of Chinese, the participation in philanthropic activities of citizen not only affects the future development of philanthropy, but also influences the long-term and steady development of social assistance. At present, the study of philanthropic donations of individuals is rare in our country, especially the research in college students group. In response to this phenomenon, we use empirical research methods to deeply analyze the behavior, willingness and factors of college students'participations in philanthropic activities in this article.We finally found that:Firstly, college students'participations in philanthropic activities is common, the majority of their behaviors is in the form of donations. The proportion of college students'participations in volunteer activities and blood donation is far higher than the general citizen. Secondly, the willingness to participate in philanthropic activities of the majority of college students is high, and the reason why they didn't take part in philanthropic activities is they "didn't get the information" or "have no time". Thirdly, "student leaders" is the significant factor of donation and volunteer activities, religious belief and economic levels have a significant positive correlation with students'act of charity. Fourthly, besides of demographic characteristic, unit mobilization is the most significant factor of students' participations in philanthropic activities; the next is the judge of charitable organization, the more one trust in the charitable organization, the more he inclined to participate in charitable activities.
