A Study On The Construction Of The Chinese Communist Party Internal Democracy Deliberative Mechanism

Thirty years'implementation of the reform and opening up policy has brought great changes to Chinese economic and social structure. With the quick development of economic there exists a derivative of multiple social conflicts. Chinese people need not only basic living security, but also call for public services and political rightsDemocratic rights of citizens are fundamental political rights, and the existence of corruption in the ruling party and government departments strengthen the desire of public for democratic government. Democratization is an unstoppable political tide, but the democratic process is full of complex and difficulty. Inner-party Democracy is an important part in Chinese democratization process.The theory of deliberative democracy has provided a new path choice for Chinese grassroots'democracy and inner-party democracy. And the research of inner-party democracy has important theoretical reference for the construction of democracy in china.This paper systematically reviewed the theoretical system of deliberative democracy from the origin and development of deliberative democracy. Combining theory analysis with actual situation, we proposed that the building of inner-party deliberative democracy is an optional path for Chinese democratization. Then through the analysis of deliberative democracy practice in Zeguo town of Zhejiang province we concluded the advanced practical experience of inner-party deliberative democracy in order to promote the construction of inner-party democracy.
