The Sino-Indian relations are important issues in contemporary international relations. It is important to develop Sino-Indian relations for the promotion of the development of the Asia-Pacific region and even the world. In the new century, the world is changing towards multi-polar direction. As a regional power in South Asian, India's foreign strategy is to achieve the overall goal, which is the dream of a world power. The root of India's China policy is the confusion of China's status and role of the resulting. Indian Senior diplomat and the former Foreign Minister J·N·Dixit raised a thought-provoking questions on this:"Could China and India avoid competition and burgeoning undercurrent of suspicion and establish lasting, positive, stable bilateral relations? Whether China will encourage its southern border to support the emergence of a powerful India? Can India accept that a powerful China in the strategy in Southeast Asia led the Indian Ocean region?".[1] These will affect relations between India and China and India to China policy. The paper is intend to do a comprehensive survey of the Indian Policy toward China in the new century and its political, economic, security, culture and other aspects of the development of Sino-Indian relations, and then to analyze the Chinese government's response to these policies, which see China and India Interactive relationship. In addition, the paper also discusses the factors impeding the development of Sino-Indian relations, the development trend of Sino-Indian relations are predicted. Since border issues, geopolitical, ideological and other differences, China and India also inevitably produce conflict and discord. But overall, it has common strategic interests. That will determine the development prospects of Sino-Indian relations. Only the spirit of mutual respect, equality and mutual benefit, seeking common ground and deepen the spirit of cooperation, strive to seek and expand the converging points of common interests, will China and India strategic partnership in the 21st century be positive and healthy development.
