Research On The Influence Factors Of Rural Migrant Workers Training Risk

It is a vital problem China faced that how to transfer surplus rural labors to cities and help them secure stable jobs.But many own and social factors influence and restrict the current condition and educational opportunity of rural migrant workers. Today enterprises don't have an enthusiasm to train the rural migrant workers, and also the rural migrant workers obtain few training opportunity, its reason may sum up as enterprise's training risk question. Therefore, my research seeks the way to reduce the training risk of rural migrant workers in enterprises, enhances the training benefits of enterprise.It will solute the dilemma enterprises face, and have an important meaning to the rural migrant workers, also will keep China stable and harmony, and sustained economical growth.This paper inspects the fators of training risk of rural migrant workers in enterprises on the base of former study results. The author analyzes the important factors which have impact on the idea factor, the turnover factor, the technology factor and the motivational factor, then makes research hypothesis. The data for empirical research is qualified for structure equation modeling validating. The optimized model comes into being so the mechanism and extent of each factor's impact becomes clear.The main conclusions include: there are many factors influence the training risk of rural migrant workers in enterprises, the idea factor, the turnover factor, the technology factor and the motivational factor have distinct positive impact on the training benefit risk; the interaction effect among the risk factors are: the idea factor will effect technology factor and the motivational factor and then effect turnover factor; the most important factor is the turnover factor; the reason for the training risk of rural migrant workers in enterprises various: both the external environment and the enterprise, the rural migrant workers, therefore must control from various control measures.
