Study On The Reform Of Township Government Based On The Theory Of Self-organization

In the key period of our social transformation, agriculture, countryside and farmers problem has already become the universally recognized key factor of political reform smoothly. The direct performance is that reform and development is getting more and more centralized in the basic unit. And after cancelling the agricultural tax, township government, which was disputed, has become the focal point of reform.
