In China, the town government management and villagers'autonomy are two wings of stable development in the rural grassroots, they are related to the overall situation of China's economic and social development, lack of either party will have tremendous negative impact on the stable development of China's rural grassroots. At present, China is in the social transition, it requires constructing a new socialist countryside and harmonious society, and the smooth progress of construction needs the benign interaction between the town government management and villagers'autonomy to create composition of forces. However, due to institutional, economic, legal system, ideology and culture and other factors, although China have resumed villagers'autonomy for nearly 30 years, there still exist the economic, political and other fields of conflicts between the town government management and villagers'autonomy. The situation is difficult to form a positive interaction. Based on the political science point, this thesis takes the J town in Guangxi as a case, systematically analyzing the main exemplifications and constraints for the lack of benign interaction between the town government management and villagers'autonomy. On the basis, the thesis points out the main ways that can effectively improve the benign interaction between the town government management and villagers'autonomy as follows: strengthen function transformation of town government, reinforce macro-control of county government, ameliorate the relevant legal system and improve the comprehensive quality of the villagers.
