The Study Of Construction Of The Democratic Party Process

The strengthening of the research on the democratic process within the party, improving inner-Party democracy by a procedural mechanism are a major issue which the Chinese Communist Party advancing with the times facing in the new situation. In this paper, by the comprehensive analysis of the development of Democratic process and system of the CCP, we know the history and reality, what's more, I put forward the feasible way of further improving the CPC's level and ability of coming into power in the new situation, and strengthen the CPC's modernity. My full-text is divided into four parts: In the first part, we defined the procedures for the issue of democracy within the CPC's basic content and features; In the second part I introduced the democratic revolution to explore the inner-party democracy from the first Congress of the CPC to the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CCP; In the third part I investigated the new achievements about the construction of the democratic process and the existing problems and the reasons of the problem since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CCP; In the fourth part of the problem I presented the idea of further strengthening democracy within the party program..
