Value Assessment And Risk Appraisal Of Risk Enterprise In Risk Investment

The thesis is on the basis of analyzing the meaning and background of the selected title and subject at first, through studying the survey of the current situation to the value assessment and theory of appraisal of risk in domestic and international risk investment, and has pointed out the subject matter existing in value assessment and theory of appraisal of risk in risk investment at present in our country. The thesis has put forward the imagination of carrying on the fixed price of company's value to start an undertaking of the option of financial instrument of using and carried on the research on the risk ,and used the analytic approach of level and fuzzy mathematics method of the project to manage the risk in the course to appraise the risk coefficient. Finally the thesis puts forward the method that the business risk control.The thesis expresses the following two questions: first, the thesis carried on careful research on the value composing of risk enterprise, and arrived at three kinds of values. On the basis of the research of academe, the thesis modified the general method to asses the option value , and put forward the new pricing method of the Europe option that followed jump and diffusion process .second, the thesis pointed out the risk that risk enterprise achieved its value in the risk investment, and set up risk measurement mode and fuzzy mathematics method of the project to measure the risk coefficient. Finally, the thesis assessed the total risk of risk enterprise.
