Study On Competition And Cooperation In The Members Of Supply Chain By Self-Organization

In order to meet the need of the tensive competition of the market and get the benefits from the partners, the relative enterprises compose the supply chain. All of the members concentrate their limited resources on the special work, take part in creating value of the supply chain, so as to build the core competition and then implement the competition with the other supply chains. Howerer,when the members cooperate to defend the risk of the markets and enlarge the market scrope,the competition are carried out among them on many aspects , such as benefits, leadership an so on.Based on the relational economic theories, enterprise management theories and self-organization theory and method, the analyses are carried out with structures and environment of supply chain, combined with enterprise bionics, the importance, the evolution mechanism types, scopes, strategies and information technologies of the corporations, and the reasons and fields of the existence of competitions among the members are analyzed on the view of system,the theories and methods of system science are used to study the competition and cooperation relations,and the control and coordination mechanism among the members on the view of the forming mechanism of the self-organization.The supply chain with the core of Tianda special tool cooperation is used as an example to describe the competition and cooperation in the supply chain among the members under the old and the new organization patterns, the self-organization evolution process of the supply chains are introduced, the conclusions are presented that the members should implement the cooperation and competition with the guide of self-organization.On the basis of self-studying, self-cooperating, self-adjusting, and self-developing,the members can operate smoothly in the self-organization under the mutual function between competition and cooperation mechanism and improve its competitive capacity.In this dissertation, the methods that combining substantial evidence with living example, entirety with part, theory with practice, and so on are applied, the principle of combining theory with reality is exerted. The conclusions in the dissertation are very important for supply chain management.
