With the acceleration of the development process of the times,people in all kinds of professions generally feel heavy work pressure.The social workers' job burnout in different degrees is common under the effect of long-term work pressure.People affected by job burnout manifest: sub-health,reduced enthusiasm for life,lack of initiative,reduced work efficiency,poor interpersonal relationships,and low personal accomplishment.Compared with other kinds of work,prison work has greater risk coefficient,longer working hours,more closed work environment,more standardized working system and heavier work tasks.Not only that,prison police also faces the pressure from public opinion and the nonsupport of family members to their work,coupled with a serious shortage of prison police at the present stage in our country and long-term overloaded work,resulting in prison police's long-term state of psychological distress and heavy body burden and making them a group with more serious job burnout.Emotional intelligence plays an important role in the initiation,maintenance,reinforcement,direction,guidance and regulation of human activity.The researchers have shown that the level of emotional intelligence can influence job burnout to some extent.Based on the survey of female prison police using WLEIS,MBI-GS,and SPSS software,this paper concludes that the emotional intelligence of female prison police significantly and negatively affects three dimensions of job burnout.Prison,as the penal execution organ for transforming criminals,carries out the task of maintaining social security and stability,and close attention must be paid to the influencing factors that cause female police job burnout,so as to effectively improve their working condition and provide a good guarantee for the harmonious development of society.According to the findings of the study,prisons can improve the recruitment system,conduct regular psychological training,provide psychological guidance to individuals,establish a reasonable work system,carry out a phased job rotation system,improve the performance of prisons and human resources,and establish humane management,a reasonable security system for police work and reasonable measures to improve the mood of the people.We will provide good human resources for the long-term healthy development of prisons,and we hope to provide suggestions and recommendations for the management of human resources in prisons.
