Study On Retracking Of China's Securities Company Under Economic Globalization

The securities trade of China has emerged and developed to adapt the requirement of reform and opening to the outside world, and has achieved rapid progress in a short time of the past ten-odd years. The development course of which not only has brought about the flourish of China financial business, but also has promoted the reform of state-owned enterprises through raising a large quantity of development fund. It has thus made an indelible contribution to the reform and development of China market economy. Under the general trend of economic globalization and in accordance with the promise made by our country for entering into the WTO, the securities trade has been systematically and gradually open to the outside world. However, China's securities company, one of the mainstays of the securities market, is still very weak, being inevitably hit by the process of globalization. Therefore, it is the focus of this paper on how to accomplish the retracking of China's securities company at present stage, and to solve self-chronic-illness in the process of its development. This paper comprehensively and systematically elaborates the theoretical basis and historical background of the emergence and development of China's securities trade, and illustrates in details the specific requirement of opening to the outside world under the trend of economic globalization. By making comparison of the development features and trend of investment banks from different countries of the world in the process of economic globalization, experience that may serve as a reference has been reached. By further considering the practical situation of China, this paper penetratingly analyzes some essential problems of the business worsening phenomena, developed during the course of China's securities company opening to the outside world. Finally, on the basis of implementing scientific development outlook, this paper brings forward that we should firmly grasp the sources of problems and suggests some countermeasures to achieve the retracking of China's securities company.
