The Legal Guarantee Of The Transgenic Food Security

This text passing the introduction of GMF and the analysis to the characteristic and of transgenic food security, draws the theme on legal guarantee and expounds its necessity, and then narrates the legal guarantee of international community on transgenic food security and the current situation of the legal guarantee of our country about it, and finally constructs and improves the legal guarantee of the transgenic food security of our country.The article mainly is divided into four parts altogether. The third part of this paper expounds the current situation of the legal guarantee of our country about transgenic food security, and firstly introduces the present legal system related to GMF security of our country , and then carry on overall appraisal and point out the insufficiently.
