The NGO In Public Crisis Management

In this globalization era,many kinds of public crisises arise.Public crisis management is becoming complicated in many ways.Government plays a key role in the challenge of public crisises,however,it is unnecessary and impossible for the govement to take places of all other organizations. NGO (Non-Governmental Organizations ) also have valuable contribution in the process of public crisis management.It is becoming an important subject in our country that how to make good use of NGO in crisis management.This paper includes the following contents: The first chapter tells us the definition of basic conceptions;The second chapter places the public crisis management in the background of globalization;The third chapter analyzes the function of NGO in the process of public crisis managemen;The fourth chapter concludes the status of NGO in our country and the exisiting problems; In the last chapter, the author gives some suggestions to enforce NGO's function in our country.
