Study On The Collective Corruption Cases In China Since 1978

Since 1978, collective corruption becomes more and more serious in China. So, studying on collective corruption could help us to know what bring about corruption and how to construct an effective anti-corruption system.In this paper, it is one character that this research bases on many cases of collective corruption, which cover party and government department, state-owned enterprise, financial system and so on. From its structure, this paper firstly introduces the possibility and necessity of doing this job in this paper, define a conception of "collective corruption", which means in government department, state-owned enterprise and so on, main departments and leaders lead, many people attend and directly or indirectly form a benefit union which use public power to get private benefit, then analysis collective corruption's characters and types. In the second part, I summary other scholar's study on this topic and express my opinion on them; through study collective corruption cases, analysis collective corruption's harm to country and society and why collective corruption could appear; on this base, I think how to construct an effective anti-corruption system, point out there are benefit sharing, path dependence; social surrounding factor and so on. In order to construct an effective anti-corruption system for our country, we should do from these angles: exterior and interior; incentive and constraint; now and future.In the end, I draw a basic conclusion, and explain some shortages and questions need to be solved in this study.
