The training of the leadership means that a process in which the national organizations and its political sections, in order to achieve the aim and target of our party ,for the sake of the healthy development and continuous advancement of the pursuits of our party, according to the central mission of each development period of our party, in the basement of the route and policy of our party, have the leadership educated and improved. Its purpose is to improve the academic level , moral qualities, business abilities, knowledge level and to improve the abilities for the leadership to serve the people heartedly and construct excellent leader troops. The training of the leadership is very important in the administration of our country. Because it play a critical role in the party construction and economic development. The training of the leadership is an important guarantee for the strengthening of the moral and political abilities and administrative abilities. The training of the leadership is the key factor in the administration of the party, the nation and the army. It is also the basic premise of the socialist modernization.The current treatise mainly contains the following:The first chapter is mainly about the definition and the characteristics of the training of the leadership. For the definition, the author of the current treatise analyze the differences between the training of the leadership and the common school education. Through this ,the author give a specific definition of the training of the leadership and conclude that the training is differentiated from the common school education in the value, the contents, the forms and the quality. By the analysis, the author make two revelations. Firstly, the training of the leadership and the common school education have impact on each other. Secondly, the special qualities of the training of the leadership determines that the training of the leadership is more complicated and hard the common school education. The extension of the training of the leadership is very wide and the current treatise is mainly about the training of the leadership carried out by the party academy. For the characteristics, the author believe that the central mission is varied from the development the times. So, the training of the leadership has vivid period characteristics. Now, the training of the leadership is faced with the challenges by the change in the aspects of the times, leaders and educational reform. Those challenges ask the training to make change to suit those changes.The second chapter is mainly about the meaning and the value of the training of the leadership. For the meaning, the current treatise adopt the special perspectives. That is the explanation which centered by the explanation made by the famous politicians. The author believe that by the analysis of the ideas of the politicians, we can find the deep meaning of the training of the leadership. Because the training of the leadership is carried out for the development of the pursuits of our party. For the values, the current treatise consider the new changes of the development of our country and the realization of the construction of Jilin industrial area. The discuss is confined in the area of the political factors, the economic factors, the party construction factors and the leaders themselves.The third chapter is mainly about the actuality and the problems. For the actuality, the discuss of the current treatise is based on the experiences of Jilin province. The current treatise believe that the training of the leadership have made great progress in recent years. This can be illustrated by the following. Firstly, the administrative organs highly emphasized the development of the training of the leadership. Secondly, the forms of the training of the leadership is increased. Thirdly, the administration of the training is innovated. Fourthly, the basic condition of the training of the leadership is better than before. For the problems, this mainly conclude the following. Firstly, the attitude need to change, that is the administrative organs need to pay more emphasis and the trainee lack the impetus to learn hard. Secondly, the problems in the administration ,that means that the evaluation, encouragement and the merit system need to be improved. Thirdly, the problems in teaching, that means that the contents, ways, texts and applications are not very satisfied. Finally, the problems in the basic condition of the training. That is to say ,the teachers and the facilities are not perfect.The final chapter is mainly about the solutions for the problem in the training of the leadership. Facing the problems, the current treatise design solutions in the aspect of the idea, impetus, administration, teaching and basic construction. Firstly, change the idea of the training of the leadership. Secondly, incentive the trainee and give them great impetus. Thirdly, improve the level of administration. Fourthly, innovate the ways and modes of the training of the leadership. Finally, better the basic construction of the training of the leadership.As the leadership of the ruling party, they are shouldering the huge and historic duties. Facing the profound changes about several aspects, such the objectives of education and the social environment, the guiding ideology as well as the contents and the methods of the training of the leadership should also adjusted relatively in order to adapt the pace of the development of the time and improve the ability and creativity during the work.
