China's Rural Civil Organizations And Rural Democracy Construction

Under the background of the Socialist New Rural Construction and the critical Three Rural Issues (rural areas, agriculture and fanners), the scholars have been studying on the rural development from different perspectives. On the base of plenty of achievements gained by other scholars, the thesis tries to explore the mutually promoting relation between the Rural Civil Organizations and the Rural Democracy Construction in China from the perspective of Modernization of Countryside. The purpose of study is to offer a theory foundation and some practical experiences for the solution of Three Rural Issues, thereby achieving of Modernization of Countryside.Following the quickened pace of the reform in economy, politics and society in China, the interests relation of people in different stratums is becoming complicated and growing splitting. The splitting trend is revealed in the development of all kinds of Civil Organizations in rural areas. These organizations have been taking important roles in cultivating the villager's idea of modern organization, spirit of cooperation, democratic style and consciousness of right. Therefore, they actively promote the transformation of China's farmers from tradition to modernity and consequently speed up the course of Rural Democracy Construction. At the same time, the Rural Democracy Construction whose main content is the Villager Autonomy System since the reform and opening in China provides experiences in system and modern members of organization for all kinds of Rural Civil Organizations thus promotes the development of them. Therefore, it is probable and real that a positive mutually-promoting relation lies between the Rural Civil Organizations and the Rural Democracy Construction. Finally, the thesis analyzes the primary factors that influence the establishment of a positive mutually-promoting system between the Rural Civil Organizations and the Rural Democracy Construction: China's economic development, farmer's quality, institutional originality in the organization's interior and the exterior environment like the national law and policy; on the base of this, the thesis forecasts the trend of the relation between the Rural Civil Organizations and the Rural Democracy Construction.
