Township Civil Servant Motivation Mechanism Research Of Yushui District In Xinyu Municipal Government

With the development of our government management, the growing in strength of civil servant troops has become the significant theme of government. During the course of establishment of civil servant system, old motivation mechanism has slowly lost the motive power. At the same time, new motivation mechanism has not been established. Township civil servant is the important part of our country's civil servant, it plays a great role in putting the country's kinds of policies to the people directly. So the establishment of scientific township motivation mechanism will promote the construction of our civil servant system.In this article, the motivation theory of the western countries' administrator and Chinese administrator, successful experience in motivation mechanism of western countries and some other Chinese municipal governments , are the basic theory of the article. On the other hand, through analyzing the problems and the reasons of the 160 township civil servants in Yushui district, We can find some ways to establish the township motivation mechanism and to develop the new management methods of Yushui district government.
