Research On The Professionalism Of The Chinese Representative Of People's Congress

National People Congress System needs to be improved with the development of socialism democratic politics. However, the people's congressmen, cells of the congress, do not worth their salt resulting in impairing the superiority of the National People Congress System. As an important component of the National People Congress System, the People's Congressman System has great influence in it and deficiency of the present system seriously damages the function of the National People Congress System. Thus, amelioration of the National People Congress System is under urgent needs and the professionalism of people's congressmen is such an efficient way. And this is the article's focus.Firstly, this article introduces basic theory of the representative democracy, especially the congressman system in the Hesperian countries. Then on the basis of giving a brief review of the development of the National People Congress System in China and the actuality now, this thesis gives drawbacks of the present system and analyzes the necessity of professionalism which is of great significance. Lastly, author of this article put forward some specific methods of professionalism and suggestions on the establishment of relevant institutions.
