Criminalizing The Election Of Villagers' Committees

The autonomy of the villagers has aroused the initiative of the 800 million peasants. The great evils, household force and county and town governments willfully or maliciously destroy the election of committee of the villagers The provisions relating to the election of committee of the villagers are over simplified, hence undermining the authority of law. Lagging of the law leads to a series of problems while the law is enforced. Numberless facts have revealed that the act that is destructive to the election of villagers' committees has done serious harms to the Society.
