Political Relations Between China And Thailand: 1949-1975

The relationship between China and Thailand has a long history,the diplomatic relations established between China and Thailand is the turning point.During 1949-1975,China and Thailand has no diplomatic relations,however,Sino-Thai bilateral political,economic and cultural exchanges have been there.I selected the political relations between China and Thailand as a research focus,trying to summed up relations between China and Thailand in the development process,experience and lessons.promoting Sino-Thai friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries to a more in-depth and broad direction of great benefit.In this paper,I selected years 1949-1975 before the establishment of diplomatic ties as an entry point for the development of political relations,China's foreign policy as the main line,at the same time to open the file archives of the Chinese Foreign Ministry as an important reference,analyse each historical period in the development of relations between China and Thailand,and their experiences and lessons,this is where the innovation of this article.This article is divided into five parts:the first part of the purpose and significance of topics;the second part of the relationship of China and Thailand before the founding of new China;the third part focusing on foreign policy and diplomatic policy theory and analysis of the impact on the diplomatic strategy and foreign policy factor;the fourth as part of summed up in each historical period,the interactions and exchanges between the two countries,and analyze the successes and failures of each period;the fifth part of twists and turns of Sino-Thai relations and summarized the history of the development,draw lessons,and China's diplomacy and foreign policy decision-making mechanism for the development of his own views.
