Research On The Mobilization Mechanism Of Volunteer Service In Transitional Period

Since reform and opening up, China's volunteer service has been a remarkable development in the youth volunteer service, community volunteer services, "grassroots" volunteer services, international volunteer service and other fields. But we must realize that China's development of volunteer service is also very full, and volunteer service fell far short of their social effects because of civil society has not yet been formed, a Chinese citizen relative lack of the spirit of volunteerism, the limitations of traditional ethical and other reasons. Voluntary service of the citizens are conscious acts, but China's social reality has decided that we must ste urge that the Government and social mobilization to promote the development of voluntary service,In this paper, we make "the reseach on mobilization mechanism of volunteer service" as the title,which focuses on the socia reality of the transition period in China. Under the paradigm of country-socirty analysis, we analyze the interaction and transitional process of various elements of the mobilization mechanism combined with domestic relative materials and the empirical analysis of mobilization mechanism of volunteers'service in Jinan.We sum up the effection and problems which are existed in current volunteers'service,and finally we propose corresponding solutions.This paper is divided into six chapters:In chapter I, I introduce the reason to define the topics, the backgroud and significance of research, and the research topics,as well as defining related concepts,research assumptions, analytical methods and issues related research at home and abroad.( identif problems and make the assumption)Chapter II introduces the basic theory that the mobilization of volunteer service Mechanism relies on. Including the theory of the mobilization,national and social relations theory, civil society theory and so on.The contents in Chapter III is the analysis of mobilization mechanism in voluntary service. Under the guidance of the theory in Chapter II, I construct a valid theoretical framework which adapts to the mobilized actions of voluntary service according to the developing status during the transitional period. I analyze the logically starting point of the mobilized actions of voluntary service, the constituent elements and operational process of mobilization mechanism. (Framework)Chapter IV involves the current mobilization status of voluntary service . I summarize the current mobilization status of voluntary service according to related literature, by which I verify the mrchanical framework of voluntary service which is complied with in Chapter II. Also I analyze the mobilization mechanism of the volunteers in the city of spring—Jinan, and sum up the effectiveness and existing problems in the mobilization of voluntary service. (Empirical Analysis)Chapter V contains the relative measures to strengthen the construction of mobilization mechanism in volunteer service. I put forward resolutions of relative questions including the clarifying the connotation of mobilization,integrating the mobilizing subject,optimizing the mobilizeing environment,innovating the mobilizing means ,perfecting the systemetic incetives and so on.
