The building of a new socialist countryside is a major historical task in the process of Chinese modernization. In China's rural labor force, women account for more than 65%, nearly 60% of the agricultural output value was created by women, but the overall quality of the current female workers is not higher that is not optimistic. The knowledge and skills of Chinese rural labor can neither meet the demands of the transformation of traditional agriculture, and the development of modern agriculture, nor suit with the goal of building a new socialist countryside. The excessive "affluent" of lower quality rural laborers and the serious "poverty" of human capital is an inescapable issue. Knowledge poverty has become a constraining the development of rural women bottleneck. Therefore, this paper will examine the perspective of rural women defined as the knowledge poverty on education issues.According to Professor Hu Angang of the definition of knowledge poverty, summarizing the meaning of knowledge poverty of rural women. rural women can be defined as poor knowledge of the lack of access to rural women, communication, application of knowledge and information and create the ability to have knowledge of absolute or relative backwardness in rural economic and social needs of the state of knowledge.Under the guidance of Marxist theory of human development,Women's liberation theory, Western feminist theory,Based on the analysis the history of rural women knowledge poverty, the actual performance, profound analysis of the rural poor knowledge of women on the basis of social causes, from education point to solve the knowledge poverty, measures to improve the educational environment and create opportunities for education, the development of education Form of knowledge to address poverty in rural women to provide ideas and methods. This study not only plays a role in construction of a harmonious society. But also in the background of contributing new socialist countryside, to play the main force, to develop of rural women in human capital, to meet the needs of farmers'growing material and cultural, to achieve the goal of constructing new socialist countryside.
