The building of a new socialist countryside is a major historical task in the process of Chinese modernization. In China's rural labor force, women account for more than 65%, nearly 60% of the agricultural output value was created by women, but the overall quality of the current female workers is not higher that is not optimistic. This study not only plays a role in construction of a harmonious society. But also in the background of contributing new socialist countryside, to play the main force, to develop of rural women in human capital, to meet the needs of farmers'growing material and cultural, to achieve the goal of constructing new socialist countryside.
