Comparative Study On Civil Service Examination System Between Chinese And Western Countries

The third part is exploring the reform tendency of the civil service examination recruitment system of the major western countries in recent years.And then discusses the problems of current examination system in China from the angle of legal system,the unreasonable examiner team constitution, discrimination in employment through examination, unscientific examination content and methods, independence of the organizations. Finally, the thesis gives some suggestions to improve the examination recruitment system.
