The coming of the era of the Internet Economy gives consumers convenient, fast, and novel shopping experiences, but meanwhile, it brought some trouble. Facing all kinds of goods on the net, a variety of marketing strategies and much too fascinating favorable advertisement, how could a consumer choose? When consumers'rights and interests got violated, could the violation be let off because of the low price of the goods? Would the new breaches of law that come to the online shopping to violate consumers' rights and interests be punished according to the present legal systems? All the above-mentioned problems would be discussed and solved in the paper.The paper, first, offers the concept and features of the online shopping, analyzes the legal relationships between the online shopping and the online consumers, and makes definite the challenges that the online shopping brought to the protection of the rights and interests of consumers. Then the paper discusses from the following three aspects:(1) analyzing the violations to the consumers' rights and interests in the modes of the online shopping; (2) comparing the laws in the fields the protection of the rights and interests of the consumers in the modes of the online shopping and the legal systems that undertakes the functions to protect consumer's rights and interests from different countries and legal systems to find their differences and merits and faults, in order to provide useful experiences and lessons to the improvement of the protection systems of the online consumers'rights and interests in China; (3) proposing four measures, such as standardizing the market access, to improve the protection systems of the rights and interests of the online consumers.
