Harmonious society requires a harmonious government, harmonious state government needs a harmonious life. Civil affairs and the state bears the main burden of public affairs, directly affect the status of their work performance and the executive level of government execution. As the work environment, nature of work and traditional concepts, the problem of pressure groups in the civil service has long been ignored. With the development of society, the changing of government functions, as a commitment to public service in the efforts to improve their own quality at the same time, the pressure can not be ignored. In recent years, Chinese scholars on civil service issues in some of the pressure, but the pressure of the majority of civil servants remain in the analysis stage, contents and methods should be improved. This paper the theory and practice from home and abroad, to regulate research, through data analysis, theory, logical analysis and reasoning methods of interpretation of the formation of our civil servants and the ease pressure means.This article is divided into the following sections:The first part is the stress and work pressure theoretical explanation, meaning the pressure was first physics, then gradually applied to the medical field, with the development of social organizations, pressure is gradually generated in the organization's structure, resulting a working pressure, the pressure on the work of many important theories, this section will be described in detail. The second part is the main body of this article is the work pressure on the status of our analysis of the civil service, through internal analysis of the results of some research, the main analysis of the causes of civil servants working pressure generated and the resulting impact, mainly focused on the civil service or negative impact on organizational analysis. The third part is based mainly on the second part of our civil servants working pressure generated causes the pressure to some of the mitigation methods, civil servants working pressure generated main causes of the institutional level as well as personal factors, and therefore, this article made from two angles views.
