Human Dignity And The Construction Of Service-oriented Government

On the base of the theory of human dignity, the author think the government must respect the human right of life, build the culture of life and improve the systems of protecting life; and the government must strengthen the responsibilities of promotion and realization of human rights, provide more quality, efficient and convenient public service; the government must put more attention to the education fair and rights of living.
