To Explore Relationship Of College Students’ Attachment Styles,Adaptation And Career Decision-making Self-efficacy

Study found that parents of different way of education will lead to adult’different attachment styles, and different attachment styles has significant differenceon career decision-making self-efficacy. First "social" is entering the university as anadult, whether adapt to college environment affects college students’ careerdecision-making self-efficacy in a way.How much effectiveness college students’attachment styles and the adaptability predicting career decision making self-efficacyis focus of this study.At Jilin University,182college students join in the study as subjects, using theattachment style, adaptability and career decision-making self-efficacy scale ofsample questionnaires. Using t test, f test, correlation study, regression analysis andother statistical methods, analysis the college students’ attachment styles, adaptabilityand career decision-making self-efficacy of the relationship, drawing the followingconclusions:(1) Close factor in attachment scale and career decision-making self-efficacy sc-ores and self evaluation, select the target, planning and problem solving in the futurethere is significantly positive correlation; Anxiety factor and career decision-makingself-efficacy scores only exists significant negative correlation.(2) Adaptive volume table and various factors related to career decision-makingself-efficacy in research, only oneself life adaptability and career decision-making self-efficacy does not exist, the other two are significantly correlated.(3) Secure attachment, learning adaptability, interpersonal adaptability, identityadaptability, career choice adaptability, independent living adaptability,environmentidentity adaptation and the performance of the physical and mental status of collegestudents on career decision-making self-efficacy has a certain prediction effect, andinto the regression equation of the career decision-making self-efficacy. The secure attachment, interpersonal adaptability, career choice adaptability, physical and mental status reached significantly predictive level.Comprehensive the above results show the following conclusions:Conclusion one: attachment style and career decision-making self-efficacy existsignificant correlation.Conclusion two: adaptability and career decision-making self-efficacy has sign-ificant correlation.Conclusion three: attachment style and adaptability effectively predict the perf-ormance of career decision-making self-efficacy.
