"Analysis on the Teaching Model of Integrating Teaching Plan and Learning Plan" in Moral Courses of Junior Middle SchoolHow to teach students to learn and cultivate their learning ability, and preliminarily establish their correct world outlook, philosophy and value have been the claims of times, the requirements of new course reform as well as the dreams of our frontline teachers. Therefore, analysis on teaching models is a necessary topic for discussion, which is resulted in the steady progress of new courses. Among teaching models, many schools currently adopt the model of "guiding students by learning plan". However, in such a teaching model, teaching plan and learning plan are separate in the process of actual operation and then many problems have been exposed. Based on the questionnaire survey among politics teachers and students of junior middle school in Suzhou New District, this paper conducts an elementary analysis on the teaching model of integrating teaching plan and learning plan. This paper focuses on the contents of moral courses at junior middle school, emphatically discusses the practical routes of the teaching model to integrate teaching plan and learning plan by combining typical cases, presenting the principles (dominant, subjectivity, activity, times, openness, etc) which should be followed in the use of the model, and summarizes the value functions in the course of its teaching practice. Additionally, this paper thinks deeply about the problems such as establishing reasonable evaluation system, improving non-power influence of teachers and concerning about non-intellectual factors of students after the implementation of this teaching model.
