The practical research of school-based curriculum development aims at optimizing the course rights and allocation of resources. It will help schools become the center in making curriculum decisions and make teachers become the subject of the curriculum development, complementing to the national curriculum development. Comprehensive school-based curriculum can cultivate students'perfect personalities and will play an active role in promoting students' creative thinking, innovation ability and also social ability. In doing the research, we take full advantage of the opportunity to take part in the whole process of the school based curriculum development to make summaries and explore the relationship between school-based curriculum resource development, teacher professional development, and comprehensive practical activity through questionnaires, case studies, literature search methods etc. Relying on the practice of curriculum development in High school Attached to Northeast Normal University, we also summarize the process, course structure and course evaluation of our school based curriculum development hereI have found through research that developing school-based curriculum can not be simply equated with compiling teaching materials because it should also be practical and guiding; Teachers are the most important curriculum resources. They are not only important participants in the development of school-based curriculum but also the performers of school-based courses; Construction of curriculum resources must be integrated into the school curriculum reform program. In this way, it will have a clear direction, and it will enhance the students learning ability and learning joyment.The core of this project is to establish a new culture of the school curriculum. It will help to achieve the educational goals and school characteristics, contribute to the implementation and improvement of school curriculum, help to realize the democratization in educational decision-making, help the students personality development, and also help increase teachers level of professional development.
