The target of entrepreneurship education is to develop an entrepreneurial, pioneer spirit and a type character of entrepreneurial capacity. Enhance the entrepreneurship education in university students, and training of a business venture, pioneer spirit and entrepreneurial capacity type of talents is the new requirements of knowledge economy age to the development of education. Employment situation in our university students is increasingly severe today; there is practical and far-reaching significance to carry out the entrepreneurship education.Based on the standard analysis method, choosing the best universities of education model in United States'entrepreneurship education to do the specific studies and comparing with the education model of our universities, the specific content is as below:The first part is introduction and explanation of research background and meaning.The second part is review which describes the entrepreneurship education from the object, content, mode and goals.The third part is the support of theory. Entrepreneurship education process also follows certain objective laws, creativity, TRIZ theories; plans to conduct theory, one job matching and attribution theory, the five major theories guide the development of entrepreneurship education.The fourth part is to introduce the development of entrepreneurship education in United States'universities.The fifth part of is the model of universities'entrepreneurship education, and also is the centre of this thesis. First account of the Chinese government established the relevant policy for higher education; then introduce the main model of entrepreneurship education in our universities, Tsinghua university, Beihang university, Shanghai Jiao tong university have been chosen; after that state the model of the latest development of entrepreneurship education in America, in accordance with the《American news and reports》of the 2010 world's best business school of entrepreneurship education and the comprehensive power and influence, choosing the "Integrated curriculum mode" of Babson school of business, the "STV mode "of Stanford university, "Three spiral interactive mode "of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and "Double level mode" of Harvard university.The sixth part is the comparison of the two counties'entrepreneurship educational model.The seventh part is suggestion and conclusion.The study concluded that our entrepreneurship education model should be based on the reality demand; learning about the plentiful experience of entrepreneurship education in American universities, constantly perfects the relevant curriculum settings, and strengthens the contact with the social circles, hence improve the level of entrepreneurship education in China.
