Under the information environment, the knowledge of primary and secondary school teachers is a precious resource of the school and the whole educational circles. How to effectively manage the process of the learning, storage, absorption, share, use and innovation of teacher's knowledge has become an important part of the personal management knowledge for teachers. The effective managing to the personal knowledge of teachers can help the majority of teachers better obtain new knowledge, and achieve constant innovation to knowledge, effectively improve the knowledge structure, and greatly improve the teaching performance of primary and secondary school teachers.Currently, the researches of personal knowledge management are mainly carried out from a technical point of view, while researches from the perspective of humanism seem slightly inadequate. Teacher is the disseminator of knowledge and practitioner of educational reform. This study attempts to carry out research to teachers'personal knowledge management from the angle of combining humanism and technology, through the analysis of teachers'personal knowledge management, putting forward the strategy and implementation way of teachers'personal knowledge management, designing an personal knowledge management implementation plan under the support of information technology to promote the renovation of the teaching concept, and then promote the development teacher professional.The purpose of this study is to take personal knowledge management as an advanced concept, technology and process, and integrate it into the daily teaching of teachers, promoting the sharing of teacher knowledge, achieving educational innovation, improving the teaching quality. Thesis mainly uses the literature research, questionnaire research, SPSS statistical analysis research, and the specific research work is developed as follow:(1) The theoretical basis of personal knowledge management of teachers. By referring a great lot of literatures, this article starts with the analysis of the connotation and transformation of knowledge to expound the connotation and characteristics of teachers'personal knowledge; starts with the object of knowledge management– knowledge to elaborate the connotation of knowledge management and personal knowledge management, then analyzes the connotation and characteristics of teachers'personal knowledge management, providing theoretical support for the study.(2)Take the data analysis on teachers'personal knowledge management through questionnaire and SPSS statistical software, providing a reference for the proposal of the implement strategies and approaches of teachers'personal knowledge management.(3) In the basis of previous survey and analysis, from the angle of humanism and technology, propose the implement strategies and approaches of personal knowledge management of primary and secondary school teachers under the information environment.(4) The design of teachers'personal knowledge management implementation program. Based on the viewpoint of system theory, the article takes the definitude of knowledge needs as a starting point, starting with a few specific aspects of knowledge management to design teachers'personal knowledge management implementation program for reference.The innovation of this study is to introduce teachers'personal knowledge management into the education and teaching practice from a humanism and technical level, to achieve the sharing and exchange of knowledge, and promote education and teaching innovation. Concluded through research, personal knowledge management is not just a technical process, but also an advanced concept that teachers'conscious strengthening the implementation of personal knowledge management is important theoretical and practical guidance for promoting the domination of tacit knowledge, integrating education and teaching resources and improving teaching quality. However, the implementation of personal knowledge management is not easy, it needs to adhere in long-term, and accumulate constantly, and finally, it will accumulate steadily, and promotes the development of teaching professional.
