The development of central primary school education is closely related to the future builder's quality of central, improve primary education quality is foundation of central rise. With the continuous development of education, the school focuses on his own connotation development more and more, the role of teacher also changed, pursuing his own specialization more and more. But education research is an important way to realize the connotation development of school, is the inevitable choice of teacher to realize professional development. Therefore, the effective development of central city primary school education research is not only time demands, education needs, school need, teachers need, also students need. the existing research of primary school education scientific research, playing a good role to raise the level of our primary school education scientific research, especially the booming development of jiangsu and zhejiang provinces area education scientific research also played a certain role in guiding for our country's primary school education scientific research. However, these studies involving more middle and primary school education scientific research or secondary school education scientific research, lacking the concern of primary school education scientific research, especially lacking the research of primary school education scientific research of China's "waist" namely the central area.
