With the continuous reform of education,new tasks and new development require more and more teachers.Teachers are no longer simple and traditional professors,they need to gradually develop in the direction of educational researchers.Therefore,more and more attention is paid to teachers' scientific research literacy.Primary school education is the key stage of students.At present,primary school teachers' teaching and scientific research literacy is often not as good as middle and senior teachers.They lack of attention to the new task of education reform,and often ignore their own teaching and scientific research literacy.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the teaching and scientific research literacy of primary school teachers in Xining City,Qinghai Province,investigates the main status quo,summarizes the corresponding conclusions,and puts forward the corresponding development strategies according to the research basis.This paper aims to study the problems and Strategies of primary school teachers' teaching and scientific research literacy in Xining City,Qinghai Province.This paper summarizes the concept of primary school teachers' teaching and research literacy,expounds the theoretical concepts of teachers' professional development theory,research teachers' development theory,constructivist learning theory,team dynamics theory,and focuses on the relationship between driving professional development and teaching and research;Through questionnaire survey and interview survey,this paper investigates teachers' attitude towards teaching and scientific research,their behavior,methods and environment of school teaching and scientific research.The questionnaire is designed based on the basic literacy of teaching and scientific research,and the questionnaire is conducted among teachers of three sample primary schools in Xining city,It is concluded that primary school teachers in Xining city have differences in school,professional title,teaching years,educational background and so on.The research is supplemented by the method of interview,and the overall research on the current situation of primary school teachers' teaching and scientific research literacy in Xining city is carried out.Secondly,it analyzes the relevant survey results,analyzes and discusses the reasons for the problems existing in the development of primary school teachers' teaching and scientific research quality.It is found that there are some problems,such as the low degree of attention,the lack of mastery of scientific research methods,the lack of understanding and attention to educational theories and achievements,the poor seriousness of teaching and scientific research,and the lack of attention to teaching and scientific research training.From the aspects of teachers themselves and school management,this paper combs the problems existing in the improvement of primary school teachers' teaching and scientific research literacy in Xining City,and makes a comprehensive and in-depth study of the problems to find out the reasons.The fifth chapter puts forward the methods to solve the problems.On the basis of exploring the problems,this paper puts forward the strategies to promote the teaching and scientific research literacy of primary school teachers in Xining from the teachers' own level and the school level.The last part is the conclusion and prospect.This paper summarizes the research results,and provides some reference for other types of teachers in improving teaching and research literacy.
