Returned Phoenix: A Research On The Journey Of The Heart Of Female Postgraduates From Shanxi Province Returning Hometown To Work

With the emergence and expansion of practical problems, just as enrollment, economic crisis and talent big bang, there are many difficulties in career and employment of the highly educated students,particularly the female non-native graduate students who are studying in Beijing, they need to face a dilemma of choice to stay in Beijing or to return home.The female graduate students in the thesis who are studying in Beijing while choose to work at home are called"returned phoenix". The term used to symbolically represent their knowledge, skills and employment options. By understanding the psychological processes, specific impacts of determinants in before, during and after of return home, reproducing their psychological, work and living conditions truly, so that the communities will concerning the heart and development of highly educated women who choose to return home, developing more employment policies and practices to help them. Let more people understand, support and help female student to do more scientific and rational choice. For there are many abroad female students who studying in Beijing, in order to facilitate research, this article will choose the female students who from Shaanxi Province. Through the interviews and other qualitative researches, reflecting their most realistic situation by their own words.Conclusions:1. The advantages and disadvantages co-exist in female students'job-hunting process, which are willing to return home to work. There is a gap between ideals and reality.2. There are still some misunderstanding (stability, ease) and psychological disorders (career decision-making hesitation) in career and employment of"Returned Phoenix"female graduate students.3. Social and family environment will have double-sided impact for female graduate students who will do employment options.4. The Career guidance work in college still has some defects. In order to solve these problems, the paper presented various proposals to the media, schools, families and female graduate students, for helping the female graduate students to understand themselves more comprehensive, then to development the employment and development programs scientific and reasonable.
