Since the founding of New China, Our party and government have always attached great importance to the problems of the health of pupils and students in nationwide. "Promote physical culture and build up the peoples health"has been the guidelines of physical culture workers in our country for decades.2007 April, after amending and perfecting of "the Health Standard of Students(Provisional Application)", Non-provisional Application has been publiced by Ministry of Education and State Physical Culture Administration.Combined with Non-provisional Application since 2007, Sunshine Sport has been carried out in the whole country. In order to implement the 7th theme of a document in 2007, raise level of health for students, Winter marathon of Sunshine Sport has began from April 26 to 30, the theme was "Sunshine Sport go with our motherland。In order to promote the activities more effective, we tried many way such as documents and materials, investigation and interview, mathematical statistics, and also logical analysis. We investigate some parts of teachers and students in the city of Shanghai, knowing the knowleges and the present development of Sunshine Sport in the begining day. And we also analysis the regulatory strategy of supervision department in Shanghai. Giving feedback to them from gathering experience, summaring inadequateand so on, offering suggestions of sustainable development to them.The concluding of study is as the following:1. Survey carried out that schools in the course of this activity had no security incident. The activities carried out in the school was better than out of it. Most students attended the physical activity,besides,other related activities which combined students'physical and psychological traits were holden in these schools, such as solicit articles of long-distance running, photograph and so on.All above builded a great atmosphere of sports culture. And students participation is in a low rate.2. The physical activity was vitally concerned by these school Principalship. The head teachers also helped the gym teachers to urged the students to exercise activity. physical education teachers of the level of knowledge is better, but less guidance to students and teaching theory is ineffective when the activity began.3.Most of the students participated in the activities and knew exactly about it, the students participate in activities wanted to enhance physical fitness as the main motive, and produce a good result of physical training, promote the physical and mental well-being of students in effect. the main reasons why other students were not participate was not interested in the activity.4. Most parents of students had positive attitude, thinking there would be a lot of help to senior high school students with their lives in study and sport if we identify with long-distance running. while a small part of the negative attitude needs to have a communication further.5. Encouraging of some departments in Shanghai take effect to individual schools to carry out the activities specified in the direction of the effective promotion of the present activities.But could not be comprehensive quantitative assessment of the situation to show differences between schools, they needed further improvement.6. Time and venue are still he biggest factors, physical education teachers should integrate the situation of schools with various organizations.7. In addition to time off-site, The activity factors are:organizational units to carry out such activities on the accumulated experience; teachers and students of the activities related to awareness and attention; students for long-distance theory and skills to master the situation.8.
