Investigation And Analysis On The Coaches Study Status Of China Since Reform And Opening Up 30 Years

Since reform and opening up 30 years, China attaches great importance to the culture and improve of coaches, moreover that more and more attention for the whole community.So strengthen the research for the professional coaches, discussion the specificity of professional coaches, establish the theoretical system of coaches, it had been become a urgent to solve important issue that improve the quality and vocational skills of coaches.Thus, this paper will do content analysis on the past literature about the study of coaches.The object of this study are 303 articles of coaches research, they are come from 13 Chinese Sports Core Journals since 1978 to 2009.This paper use content analysis do detailed research for the 303 articles from the aspect Objective, Methodology, Research topics, Study subjects.Supplemented literature, historical analysis, mathematical statistics etc methods to do research.This will combine historical and cultural background to investigate the status of study coaches of our China, Carding from the past articles overall, by analysis we can learn and grape the status of study coaches of China. We can get conclusions as follow through the content analysis on study coaches of China.1.From study subjects,study objective,study nature, study methodology, data collection methods and statistical methods we could read, the study on coaches of China make a great improvement then before.With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, the opportunities of cooperation and exchange between research subjects increased, it promote academic development.Especially the study methodology and statistical methods are single and weak in initial reform and opening up,it become variety in post reform and opening up.There are obviously insufficient on data collection methods of coach study, data collection methods too single, Although it have progress then initial reform and opening up, the investigation is still mainly data collection methods, the observation and experiment use very few.2.From study topics we could read, in the context of hot study topics changes in different periods, the most attention topics by scholars are coaches training and competition studies, coaches cultivate studies in 1978-1992 and 1992-2001.In 2001-2009,the coaches status studies and coaches behavior studies become the most attention topics.in the context of the same hot study topics changes in reform and opening up 30 years, apart from coaches training and competition studies the other hop topics appear rising. We analysis the study content, the conclusions and recmmedations, the same study topic has great changes in different periods, the subtopics of every topic has great differences, it could more comprehensive reflect the study statues, it has more significance for other scholars.The relationships of coaches and social, public, media, coach of disabled etc aera has no scholars to do research.
